Through this symposium, we hope to shed new light on ecological interactions among plant roots, microbes, and invertebrates that occur below the soil surface. Speakers will cover a range of topics including the mechanisms and outcomes of antagonistic interactions, mutualisms, abiotic stressors, and multitrophic interactions among belowground organisms.
